Is talc used in your products?

Are your products cruelty-free?

Absolutely—we're proud to be 100% cruelty-free. We never test our products or ingredients on animals, and we never will. In fact, we've chosen not to sell in markets that require animal testing, because our commitment to ethical beauty is non-negotiable. When you choose our brand, you're choosing compassion.

How sustainable is your packaging?

How long can I use my product after opening?

Every product has a "Period After Opening" (PAO) symbol on the packaging—it looks like an open jar with a number inside. This tells you how long the product stays fresh and effective after you first open it. For example, 9M means 9 months, 12M means 12 months. Using your product within this timeframe ensures you're getting the full benefits and maintaining the quality we've formulated for you.

Will these products work for my sensitive skin?

Yes! Our entire collection is hypoallergenic and specifically formulated for sensitive skin. We carefully avoid harsh, unnecessary ingredients that can trigger irritation, focusing instead on gentle, effective formulations. That said, every skin is unique. If you've had sensitivities before, we recommend doing a quick patch test: apply a small amount to your inner forearm and wait 24 hours. No reaction? You're good to go! Can I use these products if I have reactive skin?
