How To Use
Apply to damp or dry hair. Massage and use heat styling tools i.e. blow dryer, curling iron, or flat iron, to style hair.
1. Shake the ORS Olive Oil Hold & Shine Wrap Set Mousse well before use. 2. Apply a small amount to damp or dry hair, focusing on the roots for volume and the lengths for hold and shine. 3. Style as desired and allow to air dry or use a hair dryer. 4. For the Style & Sculpt Perfect Blend Wax Stick Styler, apply a small amount to dry hair, focusing on the areas where you want to define, shape, or slick back. 5. Style as desired, using your fingers or a comb to achieve the look you want.
Returns

You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it.

We use a dedicated portal to manage and track returns. Please contact our customer service team to request a returns authorisation number (RAN). Contact us

Please do not send your packages without authorisation as these will be refused.

If you are returning items not due to defect, discrepancy or misdescription, you will be responsible for return postage costs. This will usually be deducted from your purchase refund. 

Items can only be returned for a refund if they are unopened, unused and in a re-saleable condition with all tamper-resistant seals, packaging and any cellophane intact and within 14 days of your receiving your order. 

We do not offer exchanges. You will need to place a new order and return your original for a refund.
